- Each Dori jewelry item is made-to-order at our studio. After placing your order, please allow up to 15 business days for our studio to make your selected pieces and have them ready for shipment. For rush orders, please contact us
- For security reasons, we do not ship to PO boxes. Most deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
- We are unable to redirect deliveries once they have been dispatched
- Delivery times are provided as guidelines only. They do not take into account delays caused by local customs, stormy weather, local strikes and Christmas season/local holidays.
- The prices of the jewelry pieces sold on our site do not include VAT (Value Added Tax), shipping or eventual local taxes. VAT may be charged by local authorities at the point of entry.
There are no additional fees for USA Customers.

Priority Mail: 7-10 working days - Priority is offered to specific countries only, see below chart
DHL Express: A4 size envelope, 3-5 working days
EMS: express mail service, 5-7 working days
UPS: door to door service, 3-5 working days
